If you are filing the returns by paper (using paper printouts of ITR1/2 forms),
you need to fill the Acknowledgement forms too.

Return preperation software, http://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/downloads/itr/ITR2_Version1.1.pdf has an issue as I see it.
Under schedule CYLA, after putting the details for column 3i or 3ii, the Total is zero in 3vi and so Part B - T1 row 6 does not reflect this.
